Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders placed at Halismate are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard domestic delivery times generally range between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.

3. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp notification containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking numbers to activate with the courier system.

4. Address Errors & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address prior to completing your order. Halismate is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
